GlobalChat rooms are public. Do not post passwords, private information, authentication tokens, financial information, or anything you do not want publicly accessible.
Adult Users Only
You must be 18 years of age or older to use GlobalChat. Do not create an account or use the extension if you are under 18. Do not allow a minor to use your account. GlobalChat may disable accounts that appear to belong to minors or that are used to help minors access the service.
Do Not Post
- Threats, harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
- Sexual exploitation material or content involving minors.
- Instructions or links intended to facilitate violence, fraud, malware, phishing, or other illegal activity.
- Spam, impersonation, scams, or repeated unwanted promotions.
- Personal information about another person without permission.
- Copyrighted material when you do not have the right to share it.
Moderation
Users should report violating messages and block abusive accounts. User-hidden messages may remain available to moderators. Moderators may remove content from public chat, suspend accounts, preserve audit records, and report credible threats or illegal material when required.
Enforcement decisions prioritize immediate safety, applicable law, browser-store policies, and consistent treatment of users.
Account Access
Posting requires a Google-authenticated account and a unique public username. GlobalChat may limit, suspend, or remove access for abuse, spam, policy violations, security risks, or legal compliance.
